• ☕How to descale the coffee maker correctly?☕
  Step 1: The two function keys flash red alternately, indicating that the coffee machine needs cleaning.
  Step 2: Pour 14 oz of prepared descaling solution into the water reservoir.
  Step 3: Press two function keys for 2 seconds at the same time to start the descaling process.

  Brew Over Ice
  For better flavor, 60Z（177ml）of water is the recommended amount for K-pod. Be sure to add water，ice and ground coffee as suggested and you can replace ice cubes with coffee ice cubes.
  Brew Hot Coffee
  For better favor, 100（296ml）of water is the MAX amount for capsules. Press REGULAR brew button. You can also select the OVER ICE setting to get a stronger，more intense cup. The brew time is longer than REGULAR.

  Q: What type of grind should the coffee have?
  A: It is recommended to use medium coarse ground coffee. For a bolder flavor, you can also use finer ground coffee, but don't use too-fine ground coffee, such as espresso grounds.
  Q: How is this different from making a strong cup of coffee and pouring it over ice in a regular glass?
  A: Using our iced coffee maker is more convenient and brews right in the cup for fresher, more flavorful coffee. Pouring regular coffee over ice can leave it tasting watery.

  Q: Why doesn't the coffee come out after a period of use time?
